While everyone in my household slumbered yesterday evening, I got sucked into an Internet Wormhole and spent at least two hours gawking at brilliant after genius after awe-inspiring design and art. It was humbling. And I realized I lack both the extreme patience and talent it takes to execute each of these projects.

On that depressing note, I’m off to make Valentine cards out of my kids’ hand prints. A project in which I hope to excel, or at least accomplish, while nursing my ego back to health.
