Every kid needs a lovey. I had my “Pee-o,” a small, satin pillow. I loved it so much that I eventually came to call it “icky Pee-O” because it was just that, icky. Sunny has a pink and cow print fleece baby blanket that I had made for her before she was born. She adores that blanket and it is already torn and faded from love. I particularly enjoy that she calls blanket, Blanket. So practical. So matter-of-fact.

Courtland is one lucky little girl that has been gifted a number of handmade blankets and lovies. We’ll see what she latches on to as she grows.
